At Mistowak, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our policy below to understand how cancellations are handled.

1. Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

Because we strive for fast delivery, we typically process and pack orders within 12 to 24 hours.
Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner (dispatched), it can no longer be cancelled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Cancellations After Dispatch

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot stop the delivery.

In this case, please do not refuse the delivery at your doorstep.
Instead, receive the parcel and contact us to initiate a return according to our [Return & Refund Policy].
Please note: Shipping charges for returns due to change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancellation by Mistowak

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

The item is out of stock or discontinued.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping address/contact details.
Suspected fraudulent transactions.
Technical errors in pricing or product descriptions.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via SMS or Email, and a full refund will be processed if payment was made in advance.

5. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is necessary; the order is simply voided.
Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer): If you cancel your order before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
