1. Delivery Charges

We believe in making natural hygiene accessible.

• Free Delivery: Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over PKR 2,000.
• Flat Rate: For orders below PKR 2,000, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeline

We strive to get your Miswak products to you as quickly as possible.

• Standard Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement.

3. Shipping Schedule

To ensure the wellbeing of our logistics team and compliance with national schedules:

• Operational Days: Monday through Friday.
• Exclusions: No orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or Gazetted Holidays.
• Note: Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a notification via SMS or Email (depending on the contact info provided) containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey through our courier partner’s portal.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, city, and mobile number are 100% correct at the time of checkout. Mistowak cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging our natural products. However, if your package arrives damaged:

1. Take a photo of the damaged parcel.
2. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp .
3. Do not discard the packaging until our team has reviewed your claim.
