Usage & Care: It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the Care Guide provided on our website (e.g., soaking bristles for 15-25 minutes before first use, storing in open air to prevent bacterial buildup). Mistowak is not liable for product deterioration caused by improper storage (such as leaving the brush in water).
Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Hygiene Policy: Due to the personal nature of oral care products, we cannot accept returns on used toothbrushes, replacement heads, or opened tooth powders for hygiene reasons.
Damaged Goods: As stated in our policy, we offer free returns if the material is received damaged. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt and contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email if the product is defective.
Warranty: Our “Lifetime Stick Warranty” (where applicable) applies to the brush handle only and does not cover the natural wear and tear of the replaceable Miswak heads.
